We did 2 of these as Rushes for Kaman/RuberMaid. It was a bit tricky but we figured it out. Use the "Win930" software on one of the standalone XP machines, the application can be cut and pasted/moved on a thumb drive. The motor must be hooked up to configure the unit??? little quirk. We where able to run the pac sci R34J servo motor, it worked perfectly using the following phasing Drive pin 1 -----> motor pin C Drive pin 2 -----> motor pin B Drive pin 3 -----> motor pin A
If the end user, Rubbermaid has their configuration loaded into the drive, this motor will run away immediately. You have to connect and configure the unit via the Win930 software.
Do NOT remove the regen resistor mounting screws, pain in the ass to get them re-mounted.
We have a test fixture box with cable sets, I/O plugs, 930 option cards for connecting via to computer.

Also, moving forward; John at Kaman says Rubbermaid has about 300 of these in production with Servo motors. I asked him to provide Servo a personality card and a servo card to be cosigned to us for the purpose of setting up and operating these units the same as Rubbermaid.
